Returns and Exchanges

• You can return the product within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
• For return processes, the product must be in its original packaging and in unused, saleable condition.
Delivery Time:
• You can notify us of your return request by sending an email to [email protected] or by filling out the return request form.
• All international returns are FREE.
• Returns are not accepted for the following products
• - Customized Products
• - Damaged Products
• - Custom/Modified Products
• When the returned product reaches us, its condition will be examined, and the return process will be completed.
• The refund will be made to your credit card or bank account. The reflection time of the refund to your account may vary depending on your bank.
Customs and Import Taxes:
• Buyers are responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that may apply to their orders. We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by customs processes.

• Please note that delivery companies do not deliver to post office boxes (POBOX). Please provide your physical address to ensure safe and smooth delivery. Also, do not forget to track your package and notify us of any unexpected delays or delivery issues.
• Also, provide us with your phone number so we can add it to the shipping labels.
• If you need your invoice to include your VAT and EORI number or if you have a different delivery and billing address, please send an email to [email protected] or add a reminder note to your order.
