Delivery Terms & Shipment Policy
Shipping Time:
The orders were processed our Warehouse and we check all details before ship, make quality controls and make your vintage handmade rugs, covers etc. ready to use.
We generally shipped the orders in the same day you ordered and the order was given on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. If there is a significant delay we will update you.
You will receive your order well packed.
Delivery Time:
I use DHL Express/Fedex and UPS and I prefer which one is the fastest to deliver depends on the address, generally their delivery time is as below,
USA/Canada - 2/4 days
Europe-UK - 1/3 days
Japan/Australia - 3/5 days
Everywhere else – 4/6 days
We send notification mail after your order was shipped and you can track your package on that mail.
Cancellations:
We do not accept the cancellation as a policy and please contact me if you want to cancel.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We accept the return without any hassle and please contact us on info@kayrarug.com or please fill this form (kelime de bağlantı var) for the return.
The buyers are responsible for the return cost.
The items as below are not accepted,
- Personalized Items
- Damaged Items
- Adapted/Adjusted Items
We refund the money after receive the item.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Important Notes:
Please give physical address to deliver because the delivery companies don’t deliver to the POBOX addresses. Please track your package and let me know if you have any unexpected delay or delivery problem.
Share your phone number with me to add it on shipping labels, it will provide timely and safety delivery.
